Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made by the service provider on the furious-atpl.com site. The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing the order. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance by the Participating Customer and its full and complete adherence to these general conditions of sale.
1- Content and description of the service
The service available on the furious-atpl.com site includes access to MCQs (Multiple Choice Questionnaires) for training to help prepare for your exams
The MCQs correspond to the theoretical program provided by the EASA.
The service provider remains completely free to modify, during the execution of the contract, the headings, the content of the headings, even if this should lead to a temporary interruption of the service.
2- Price and execution of the service
For the realization of the order, it is necessary to register via the creation of an account allowing you to be identified as a customer.
Access to MCQs will be effective upon receipt of payment, via the service provider PayPal. The price is 59 EUR including tax for a 3-month access to MCQs, 79 EUR for 6 months and 129 EUR for 12 months.
3- Responsibilities
The service provider cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained in the MCQs or explanations given in response, regardless of the possible consequences of these errors or omissions.
It is up to the user to carry out the work necessary to pass the exam. If the user fails the official exam, the service provider cannot be held responsible.
4- Commitment of the user client
The user of the service undertakes to provide accurate information when registering, to keep his access codes confidential and to make exclusively personal and private use of this site, to respect the intellectual rights relating to the content of this site. and, consequently, to refrain from duplicating, distributing and reselling all or part of the information from the furious-atpl.com website.
In the event of non-compliance with these commitments, the user's account may be deactivated without notice.
5- withdrawal period
Under the terms of Article L 221-28 13°) of the Consumer Code: 'The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: 13° For the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
Given the nature of the terms of access to the services of the furious-atpl.com website, the Customer expressly and irrevocably waives, except in fortuitous cases or duly proven force majeure, to terminate the subscription contract and to request the total or partial refund of the subscription thus previously subscribed.
6- Personal information and right of access and modification
The information entered by the customer when creating his access is only intended for the service provider for the purposes of providing the service.
The service provider undertakes to delete the customer's data within 6 months of the end of the performance of the service.

7- Intellectual property
The service provider is the owner of the copyright concerning the data appearing on its site and the subscription taken out by the Customer does not entail any transfer of ownership rights or rights other than those included in the subscription. In addition, the client undertakes not to infringe in any way whatsoever the reproduction rights and other rights held by the service provider or by third parties on the QCM database.
8- Mediation
In the event of a dispute with the service provider, the customer has the possibility of using the services of a mediator free of charge under the following conditions: Recourse to a mediator is not possible when the customer's request is manifestly unfounded or abusive. Recourse to mediation is not possible when the customer does not justify having tried, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly with the service provider by a written complaint by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt containing the object, the description, and the supporting documents to the processing of the latter, and this, within a period of one month from the occurrence of the hypothetically harmful event. Referral to the mediator will only be possible one month after receipt by the service provider of the mail sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. After the period of one month from receipt of the letter by the establishment, referral to the mediator
is possible by the customer and within a period of one year. After this period, the customer will no longer have the possibility of seizing the mediator in the context of the resolution of his dispute.
The customer will remain free to accept or refuse the mediator's solution and then to seize the competent courts, which will not be constrained by the mediator's solution. The client will have the option, at his expense, to be represented by a lawyer or to be assisted by any person of his choice at all stages of the mediation. The customer may seek the advice of an expert, the costs of which are at his expense.
9- Acceptance and commitments
By accepting these T&Cs, the user undertakes not to make any commercial use of the content of the furious-atpl.com website (access to digital content is, and remains, the property of furious-atpl.com and is intended for private use).
10- Changes to the T&Cs
In the event of changes in the legal and factual circumstances, new general conditions of sale will be drawn up. The modified general conditions of sale will then apply and will replace these general conditions of sale.
